Satchco Holdings was co-founded in 2020 by Greg Walton and Jason Foulds, two senior investors with reputations for integrity. Walton and Foulds's professional partnership started in 2008 as CEO/President and CFO respectively, of Dynaplas Ltd in Markham, Ontario. In 2010, they became the private owners of Dynplas and helped grow it to a global leader in precision injection moulding. Satchco Holdings, their most recent business venture, looks to use their experience and network of strategic connections, to help great businesses reach their potential.

A University of Waterloo graduate in Mathematics, Greg began his career in the automotive industry. Starting in operations at General Motors Canada and moving into sales and purchasing, Greg first got exposure to automotive OEM structure and strategy. At Magna, he worked in a variety of leadership roles including an Executive Vice President where he had oversight of operations, purchasing, sales and marketing, and supplier management. Greg has an in-depth understanding of the commercial purchasing and selling strategies which are commonly used in B2B interactions and set up international offices in North American, Asian, and European markets. In 2008, he became the President, CEO, and later co-owner of Dynaplas. Over his career, Greg has helped revive financially troubled businesses and has had total responsibility for P&L in various types of companies. For 30 years, Greg has been passionate about leading people and running businesses with integrity and is looking forward to meeting business owners with similar values.

A University of Windsor Honours Bachelor of Commerce University of Western Ontario Bachelor of Arts (Economics) graduate, Jason opted down the CA path with Ernst and Young. After several years, he left to one of his consulting clients, Diamond Aircraft, an OEM aircraft manufacturer. He has spent the following 20 + years in the plastics industry as Chief Financial Officer with a detailed focus on strategy, financing and in particular, costing, procurement and lean manufacturing. He co-purchased Dynaplas Ltd. in 2010 (with Greg Walton) later divesting in 2017. He has stayed on as President scheduled to retire from that role in September 2021. Jason has the proven ability to bridge the gap between manufacturing and finance allowing companies to operate and make decisions using the right information at the right time.

Scott is responsible for seeking out and connecting with great businesses looking for strategic partners who can help their business grow. He has a bachelor of applied science from the University of Waterloo in Management Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Clarkson University in New York. Scott specializes in supply chain and manufacturing operations optimization. He regularly builds network simulations and decision modeling/risk quantification to visualize best case and worse case scenarios. He also performs statistical data analysis and uses lean six sigma tools to help target strategic opportunities and sustainably implement them in a business. Some technical projects he has led include: eliminating manufacturing bottlenecks causing $8 Million in shipping backlog, implementing inventory management strategies to reduce warehouse footprints, and facilitating large scale site consolidations for operational efficiencies. Scott has also led many initiatives in COGS reduction through manufacturing cost improvements, negotiating and re-sourcing materials, and overhead savings through energy savings and equipment replacement. As VP of business development, Scott connects with exciting businesses and understands what about their operation brings unique value to their customers, influencing their value as an investment.
